In honor of one of my best-friends getting engaged last month I decided to kick off the {stationery showcase} with some very lovely wedding theme cards:
Julie Strickland of Specialty Cards 4U contacted me via The Switchboards and once I took a look at her website I knew her cards would be perfect. All of the cards are handcrafted in her Midwest studio. Julie starts with a simple white/ivory heavy card stock and adds patterned papers, dress cut-outs, ribbons, gemstones and other special touches that make her cards unique. I agree that her cards put a nice spin on things.

I love all her cards especially her pocket card designs.
I used lots of them this past Xmas season.
